Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping from our location in Portugal via DHL. Due to varying shipping rates and regulations, shipping costs may be updated from time to time. Final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout, but if your location isn’t listed, we will calculate the shipping cost and contact you to arrange the best delivery option. If you prefer, you can reach out to us before placing your order for a shipping quote.

If you’d rather handle shipping yourself, you are welcome to arrange your own courier at your expense and responsibility. Additionally, local pickup from our shop in Portugal is available—simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll get in touch to coordinate the collection.

International Orders & Customs

For customers outside the European Union, additional import duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authorities, and we have no control over them.

Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy! However, if you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns Process

To return an item, please email customer service at shop@iconshop.pt to obtain a return authorisation. Please do not ship the item(s) until you have received a response from us via email confirming your return. After receiving a return authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, all parcels are sent back at your own risk.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
